Frat-boy and French fromage
The departing frat-boy president, George W. Bush, did something odd in the last few days of his presidency.
He slapped a 300% import duty on Roquefort cheese.
His administration did it in retaliation for an EU ban on imports of US beef containing hormones.
The measure was completely legal under WTO rules.
