There is no way they're going to survive this crisis. I now see there is a rumor of a Chrysler merger, I mean unless Cerberus can conjure some hidden magic to make huge future liabilities for pensioners disappear I think the deal is bunk. I wouldn't put a nationalization beyond the current team. So many jobs in areas that sway major political power. GM was a shitty company before this recession, they were hemorrhaging billions.
